Hay guys my car is a 96 z28 full boltons and Hot cam.For some reasion its like the electric watter pump stops working. Whial driving; next thing I know the car starts to heat up passed 1/2 way so I pull over and pop the hood. The first thing I noticed is water is dumping out of the overflow tank.What could be causing this problam? I think the waterpump is wired up wrong, how did you guys wire your waterpumps?Thanks

 

make sure that the fans are coming on at their stock programmed temps. I had the problem for a few months - that if my car would sit at a light - the temp would rise like a rocket. Once I started moving - it went back down again. I heard the high speed fan on always. However, the low speed fan had a bad relay. It never came on until i replaced the relay.

I had the same thing happening - gushing out of the overflow tank! Man that sucked.
