LT1 OBDII Tuning Software
Tunercat did the R&D on OBD2 and came out with a product BUT he sold it too JET, I know nothing more than that.
LT1 Edit has an OBD2 version as well.
Not sure what I would do in your case. For OBD1 having dealt with Tunercat and LT1 Edit Tunercat is the hands down choice due to service and support as well as not being VIN locked to one pcm and being cheaper.
OBD2 wise though my opinion of Jet is low but since Tunercat did the R&D I would hope it is a good product.

...or convert to OBDI. I did, and love it. Many more logging and tuning options and better prices.
It can be plug and play. Just get an OBDI PCM with the resistor mod, or get a OBDI PCM, and change the knock sensor.

I have the Jet DST for OBD II. Had to leave it obdii for emission in CA. They didn't appear to change anything from the original tunercats software. One nice thing about it though is that it works for more than just OBDii LT1. It comes with 4 free VIN slots and you can tune OBDii Lt1, 97-04 LS1/6, and GM full sized trucks up to 04 as well. So far the only negative is they have 0 tech support. You'd be better off getting in contact with the tunercat people. It also won't work with Vista at all (no suprise right?) not even in a compatibility mode or a VMware'd older OS so you'll need a older laptop like most tuners use anyways I suppose.
I have Jet DST, and am mostly happy with it. Tunercat has given me some support when I've asked for it. I also use it as my data logging interface with MXscan software. I was one of the first to buy the DST, so I was limited to only 2 vehicles (they changed to 4 vehicles a few months later). I use it for both my Camaro and Grand Prix GTP.
If emissions weren't an issue, I'd have switched to OBD1 with Tunercat's system. It is much cheaper and more supported.
