Lt1 not pulling correctly when accelerate

sometimes when I get on(accelerate for burn out) it it does not pull . the engine revs up fine but sometimes it just revs up and not go anywhere

Auto or Manny???

Clutch slipping???

Try a powerbrake and see what the car does...that should tell you something.

auto trans. when I do a burnout sometimes it catches, sometimes it dont
