LT1 Missing..HELP!

It seems to miss when I'm driving and I step on the gas for it to go into the passing gear and it bogs and misses and putters. It also starts very very hard...the other dad my dad drove it and put mid grade in it and it seemed fine..but saturday i drove it out to State College (140 miles one way) and it seemed fine and it started fine after sitting 24 hours, but on the way back home i noticed it had a miss when i'd kick it down to go up a hill...didn't start hard when I left State College but now it does, and it don't seem to miss when the car is cold either, only does it when it's warmed up.
No service engine light and I had the plug wires replaced back in the middle of February, usually happens between 2200-3500 RPMS

Could it be a wire that burned on a manifold...something arc'ing, fuel filter? HELP?!

Double check your plug wires and 02 sensors wiring.

Today I noticed it seems fine when cold...once it warms up, it misses a bit when I go to kick it down. Not a really bad miss but it's there.
I had my plug wires replaced back in the middle of Feb. so it cannot be them..maybe a fuel filter since I've ran 87 and 89 a few times and occasionally run it on E

I ran a whole tank of 87 through one time and after it circulated good...the car wouldn't even start but that was before I had my wires replaced.
My dad ran 89 through a week ago and since I've had the miss come and go, I stopped at my cousin's today who knows a ****load about cars and he had a bottle of STP Complete Fuel System Cleaner, that actually seemed to do the trick, took the miss away and damn did it have a whole lot more power. Knowing my luck...the miss will come back

By the way, mine was doing the exact same thing and it was the opti connector that was screwed up, put a new connector on there and it was good as new.

also don't rule out bad wires cause there new they could be faulty-does it do it more when it is wet out,if so when it is dry out run car and spray water on wires to see if it stumbles,if it stays running fine then wires should be ok/could also be getting moisture in cap(if equiped)you can also brake torque it(put in gear and press gas while holding brake)to get it to happen while sitting instead of driving it each time

Run premium all the time. Mid grade makes mine miss bad, I usually run 94.

I put that fuel treatment in and it seems ok...Note...When I go to car wash, it seems to have a bit of a miss
