Re: LT1/LT4 Valve Covers

I have a set of carbon fiber covers I got from a company called carbon components. They're on a c-4, but if lt4 covers are a direct bolt on then I suspect that these would be too. They make me want to pop my hood .
I like those Cantons also.

I may have to say with my stock "chrome plated" valve covers.

The proforms will fit under the ASR, if you're interested

Re: LT1/LT4 Valve Covers

I do like the Proforms, but still the sheetmetal look is soooo much better. The Proforms and the plain jane aluminum valve covers seem to be played out to me, mainly because there seems to be so few options out there. I also like the LT4 valve covers.

According to the site they're $245.00. Not bad at all for an awesome look.

I didn't think about the fact that they might not work with the ASR. Anyone know for sure?

Re: LT1/LT4 Valve Covers

Thanks, it helps when it just sits in the garage all the time. I don't hardly have time to drive it anymore.

Re: LT1/LT4 Valve Covers

It would be sweet to have valvecovers wit removeable tops so you can adjust the rockers without removing the whole valvecover!

I like that idea as well. I think a sheetmetal setup, with a clear polymer cover on the top where its cut away would be cool too..something that fastened with a couple machine screws. You could adjust the rockers and watch whats going on in there too. Not to mention it would probably look cool.
