LT1 or LT4 knock module?

LT1 or LT4 knock module?
So I was trying to figure out what I have in my PCM (previous owner had it tuned) and looked on shbox's website.
link below shows the part numbers for the two

however, my knock module has the numbers1
16188709
1074240.
Anybody know what that is?
I'm inclined to believe its an LT1 module but I wanted to see if there was insight here.

A quick Google search shows that you have a KM for a B-Body LT1:
