Adding stock lt4 heads and maybe somthing like a hot cam you will not need more then the stock injectors. I beleive the actual lt4 cars have the same injectors as the lt1 cars.

Such a weak poor choice that wont make power that yeah it can work with stock injectors.

If you do things right and choose another option then for them same money you can have a kit that will make enough power to need bigger injectors.

The Corvette LT4's left the factory with 28# injectors. Even with the limited power capabilites of the LT4 conversion, I would opt for injectors at least that large. Running the LT1 stockers (programmed as 24.9 #/HR) may force them above 90% duty cycle, which is not a good idea.

Don't expect to see a real big difference in performance with going to a hotcam w/ LT4 heads on a stock shortblock. You'd be much better off getting the LPE 211/219 and some ported stock heads. Save some $ too...

Agreed. the "Lt4 conversion" is a waste of cash. You can get more hp for less cash.

You can get the 425flywheel HP the LT4 conversion is supposed to have at the rear wheels instead if you use the right LT1 heads.

ask speed_demon24, his heads/cam car put 429rwhp down. Pricing is similar to the LT4 conversion parts.

I have the LT4 hotcam kit on a stock bottom end, pacesetters, aetc. When I was geting it dyno tuned the injectors were maxed out without adding much spark at all. I have 30lb redtops and they work wonders, even smoothed out a lil rough idle I had.

all in the tune. I know a guy running those 30lbs SVOs on a 480rwhp Impala, that is through an 8" ATI and 4l60e. No raised fuel pressure or the like to make them act bigger.

Stock Eliminator cars can dyno 450rwhp through efficient drivetrains and often use stock injectors with a fuel pressure increase to make them act a little bigger.

The LT4 kit is making FAR FAR less than these examples but these examples are tuned far better than most LT4'd cars are.
