LT1 to Lt4 Conversion: 425+ Hp Proven Kit
You only need 3(three) things to reach 400 at the crank:
More fuel, More fuel, and More fuel.
You get these 3 things by getting a cam,heads,headers and tuning.
Nothing else is necessary, however a CAI is also beneficial.
E.g. mild cam with 1.6RRs, Mildly ported heads with good valve pocket work, plus some good headers (Lts if you can)along with good tuning should put you well over 400 at the crank.
Slap a 12bolt, 3.73(A-4) with TC and some good rubber and Voila (high 11s).

I have a nice set of LT4 ported heads, and the CC306 now. No telling what kind of damage I could do *G*
