You only need 3(three) things to reach 400 at the crank:

More fuel, More fuel, and More fuel.

You get these 3 things by getting a cam,heads,headers and tuning.

Nothing else is necessary, however a CAI is also beneficial.

E.g. mild cam with 1.6RRs, Mildly ported heads with good valve pocket work, plus some good headers (Lts if you can)along with good tuning should put you well over 400 at the crank.

Slap a 12bolt, 3.73(A-4) with TC and some good rubber and Voila (high 11s).

This is with stock bottom, stock TB, stock, MAFsckstyh His is

 

And, of course, the most important part is that you can do this with a stock MAFsckstyh His is.

I made 352 rwhp and 381 rwtorque w/ the hot cam set up. That was the cut out closed....

I have a nice set of LT4 ported heads, and the CC306 now. No telling what kind of damage I could do *G*

not worth the money. that kit is good for mabey 400 FWHP,that is about 350/360 TOPS for RWHP. not worth that much $.
