I put a LT4 cam and 1:6 roller rockers in my LT1 and was wondering if it will make a big difference, and planning to put LT4 heads and intake but started with the cam

 

ill tell you what every1 told me. its not worth the swap @ all.... lt4 heads ok, but the production lt4 cam is smaller then the lt1 cam.... imo not worth it, if u wanna do a small cam get the zz4 cam and throw that in there. im sure it will be better then the lt4...

 

If you get LT4 heads, you will have to get the intake to match. The entire LT4 swap is NOT woth the $$. Use that money and call comp cams and look at a cc305 cam or even the cc306. And port your LT1 castings. Lloyd Elliot does a great job and he can port match your heads to the cam you get. Please don't make the mistake of getting a LT4 set up.
