I have a 93 z28 camaro.
Can I swap the lt1 engine with a 2000 corvette 5.7 ls1 complete long block?

Just making sure before I do anything.

If it is possible can you tell me some advice, and what i need to do to make it work.

 

Check the LS1 section, a few guys on here have done it. But I know for a fact you will need a tranny from an LS1, not to mention a bunch of other things.

 

Yeah lot of people do it, I think HawksThirdGen has most of the parts to do it.

 

The hybird section on LS1tech.com has several postings that go over the conversion. Aside from the engine,tranny, PCM, and harness, there is a few other things you will have to convert as well.

 

I believe you need the LS1 K-member as well
