are lt1 stock lifters rollers or not?

 

Yes, they are hydraulic roller lifters.

mine look perfect i guess they were changed at some point cause the engine almost has 100,000 on it.

 

Hey robavs, how many miles were on those lifters?

 

Mine looked perfect after 148k miles. One stopped lubricating #8 exhaust pushrod and I began to hear a ticking noise... there was some wear on the pushrod to rocker contact...

I replaced all the lifters, hardened pushrods, valve springs and rockers.


Now it makes more noise!!! due to the 1.7 scorpion roller rockers. I cant tell whats wrong with #8 old exhaust lifter... it looks just fine. I replaced them all... it was just time.
