Anyway back on topic, I thought that some later LT1 intakes had more irregular shaped and smaller ports. They more closely matched the actual intake port shape. The early ones through 1995 were more rectagular.

Maybe I am wrong here.

They are different. The later years have a port that is more trapezoidal than rectangular.

Yes, I just want to again state though that is a YEAR difference not a L99-LT1 difference.
