94 lt1 new opti,plugs & wires , egr valve and solenoid, tps sensor, maf sensor & injectors ,fuel pressure ok hesitation around 1500rpms and lack of power at low rpms runs great at higher rpms any help would be gretly appreciated almost forgot has no converter so its not plugged up. Thanks

 

Still sounds like an EGR problem. When you replaced the EGR did you clean the port in the intake and replace the gasket as well?

One other thing to try. Disconnect the hose to the EGR and plug it. Then take it for a ride.
