what heads have the highest flow #s for lt1?

Ported ones by far. The trick flows ported by someone who knows the know can make impressive numbers. Numbers aren't everything though. Dont judge a good set of heads by numbers alone.

Ported stock castings are usually plenty for any LT1 that see's street duty, but AFR's touched up by a porter are top-notch if your stash can handle it.
