Lt1 Headbolt torque question

I am using the GM Impala gaskets on my LE2 Heads. I am interested in hearing how many ftlbs you guys torqued your heads to? I am using ARP headbolts.

Most will say to use ARP's suggested torque specs, but I've always torqued mine to 65ft lbs.

The ARP bolts that i bought said 60ftlbs for aluminum heads, so thats what i did, but i know there are a lot of variables.

First time I put on my LE2s was 25/45/65, fine for 20,000 miles, now they just got reconditioned and bolted on my new shortblock with the same specs and same arp bolts... don't expect any problems.

Used arp thread sealer and assy. lube under the washers.
