LT1 Head Bolts

Are the head bolts on a 93 lt1 torque to yield bolts? I've heard some lt1s have them and others don't.

93 stock are not.

If you need head bolts, go to your gm dealer and order 12495499. This is a head bolt kit with teflon coating on the threads. Cost me 28.13 plus tax. Does both heads.

Beware that those are likely TTY bolts (from the way they look). Use one time and throw away. I would recommend some ARP bolts that are stronger and can be reused.
