LT1 computer issue, no fuel

What would cause an lt1 fuel pump not to prime or operate?
If I jump the relay it will work, however the pcm is not telling the pump to turn on. I am trying to chase this down, I think any sensor would prohibit the fuel pump from priming, but I could be wrong.

The fuel pump fuse provides power to the relay. If I jump the relay feed power to the pump wire it runs fine

Does the relay operate if you apply 12v to it in lieu of the 12v signal from the PCM? Your last statement is not clear to me in that regard.

yes, if I apply 12v to the relay in place of the pcm wire, it will click and the car will start.

I'd say you need to check the output of the PCM at the pin that provides the 12v signal and see what you have there. If you don't get the 2 second prime at key ON at that location, then the PCM is going to be suspect.

It appears from your screen name you put an LT1 into a 92 RS. What year is the ECM/PCM? Did you install the complete PASS-key system?

Or is this actually a different vehicle? If so, please add details, as in the form of a
"Signature".
