well, I expect something 350+hp from the engine and good low rpm torque, is it possible?
Heads are ported stock LT1 heads, intake is matched to heads, 1.6 rockers, shorty headers+3" exhaust and something minor modifications(msd 6al, cold air intake, etc.)
I drive with it daily in summers.

I'd go with the Crane 104227. Good low-end torque with stock-like manners.JMHO

well before my longtube, 52mm throttle body, slp lm2, ngk iridium plugs, i was at 280rwhp, 306rwtq.. on stock heads but springs 1.6rr and 218/224 cam... so mysetup now should be hopefully 300rwhp, 316-320rwtq... so with wht you have now... depending on specs of heads id think youd be closer to 350rwhp maybe? but shorties are still too restictive so swap over to longtube if you can.. if not true dual 2 1/2 piping will help over 2 1/2 restrictive ypipe (esp pacesetters)
