LT1 Alum. Valve Covers

I really need some help finding some valve covers that will fit my LT1. Summit doesn't offer any. Jeggs offers 2 different sets and in my opinion they are ugly. Please send a link if you know of any good ones. THanks!!

If you're not in any rush, I'm currently working with a custom fabricator (RFR Fabrication) on designing a set of valve covers to fit an LT1/LT4 plus be able to accomodate larger RR's. I think we might have something around June/July. Just a thought.

I'm working on building my own right now... I've got it 95% designed, but still need to do all the CNC programming for it.

I bought a pair off of ebay. They are alluminum and very nice. They run them all the time under Cararo Firebird and vette. Search Lt 1 valve covers. They look like very expensive but I got them for 80.

I bought tall polished aluminum ones for 75.00 then cut out a notch for the alternater and welded a piece of aluminum to match the notch. They look super trick and clear standard sb chevy roller rockers even with tall polys and a stud girdle. If you cant weld a shop could do it for you for like 25.00. Only notch what you have to and dont take off to much material or you will get to close to the rocker. Mine has like 3/4 of an inch of play.
