I wouldn't use a stock chain on anything but
a stock application.

At www.rockauto.com you can buy a break down of Cloyes parts.
What the diff. between buyibg seperately thier cam sprocket=$52, crank sprocket=$25 and chain =$35 or i can get thier timing set at $422.
What am i missing?

LT1 V-8 350 (5.7P) - with 1/2” pitch single roller chain- 1994-97.
Me personally for me or one of my builds I would not use anything but the LT4 ED. Thats just a prefference and comes from knowing what happens if one breaks. Ya know people have always accused me of overbuilding an engine, But they don't break-- knock on wood.
