I have a newly rebuilt 1994 Lt1/4 383 that is nearing completion but I am having a problem starting it. Almost every part on the motor is brand new I am using the original ECM and custom programming. Currently there is no spark and no fuel injector pulse. I have tested and there is voltage to the fuel injectors and there is fuel pressure but the injectors are not firing. As for the spark I have a new coil, and new optispark, the ignition module is the only old part. It seems to get voltage to the module but hard to tell if its sending voltage to the coil. Does anyone have a clue or atleast a nice electrical schematic.
