Question lt vs SBC

When im looking in the summit cataloge, its one thing I have a problem with. On some parts, it says just SBC (small block chevy), and im wondering if some of these parts are the same as lt1.
Pistons?
Piston rods?
Valves?
Valve springs?
Lifters?
Roller rockers?
Pushrods?
Stud girdles?
Camshaft?
And if some other part in the camshaft accesories is different/equal?

A good number of SBC parts will work on LT1s. Pistons and rods are just two examples. I'm not gonna go through every engine component and tell you what is what in this post. Instead, I recommend you purchase from a CamaroZ28.com sponser who actually can tell the difference between an LT1 and a boat anchor. I think Summit's "techs" would probably fail that test! Try Combination's website for starters, as it does a good job of explaining what parts to use and why:
