Chevelle websites? sbc dedicate ubb?
Chevelle websites? sbc dedicated ubb?
Are there any ubb that are dedicated to the sbc?
What about Chevelle websites?
I am asking because I have a 69 Malibu Chevelle and I would like to install a sbc 408 in it. This is my first project like this. An sbc 307 currently resides in it. I thinking of leaving the 307 badges in place once the 408 is installed.
The short block on the 408 is already assembled. I am trying to decide on heads (might can work some for a Christmas present).
This engine has been sitting for a while and I need to get on finishing it (the 99' TA has been absorbing a lot of funds). The motor is NA, cam is a solid roller Doug Herbert grind 245/261 @0.050 and lift is 0.6/0.62. Targeted C/R is 11:1. Manual tranny car.
I am looking at the Dart Pro1 230's. What do you guys think of those? Too big, maybe go with the 215's?
