LT shopping list. Anything I'm forgetting

My old room mate is gearing up for LTs ASAP on his 97 Z28. I told him I'd help, and we'll be doing it at my uncles shop. We will have a weekend window. I want to start on it Friday night and hopefully get it done before the muffler shops close Sat morning, else he could get the Y-pipe made on Monday.

My question is do we need to jack up the engine to install LTS, or can they be done w/o doing that?

The list he made is:
Hooker coated LTs, with AIR/EGR tubes and O2 bungs.
OTVC wires
Plugs
O2 extenders
PB Blaster
LT4 KM?

Is he forgetting anything? How do you keep the cats, and air stiff functional with these headers? I think we might be able to reuse on of his catalytic convertors.

Lots of good heat tape, tape the heater core on the passenger side really good. also there is wires that run along the passenger side header, they go to the starter, one is a ground wire and another is for a sensor that plugs in to the front of the block. get some butt conectors, and a good crimping tool, these wires will need to be extended and reroughted away from the header or they will burn!!!! go with fel pro gaskets they are great.

I would advise getting some fire-proof sleeves for the spark plug wires also just to be on the safe side. Get the ones that protect up to 1200 degrees and it should also help against the wires arcing to the headers.

Yeah, get some of those Taylor spark plug wire protectors, the 1200* ones. LT4KM is also a must. A friend put Hooker LT's on without one, and his timing was all over the place because the computer was interpreting header tick to be knock, so it was dialing in false knock retard.
