LS7r lifter preload?
i had the same thought as you, and i when i got them there were only one or two people running them, so i started out with 1 turn and worked from there, i ended up right about 1/2 actually a little less than that, and that is where i got the best results.
i did not do this testing on the dyno, but i tried at least 10 different settings from 1/16 all the way up to 1 turn. down around 1/16 where some people say they had the best results i actually had some lifter noise and read that other people did too., what i am saying is that every car is different and you are going to have to do some testing yourself. but personally i would start at 1/2 and work from there

I may as well pay for an extra half hour of dyno time to just try a few different settings out. Just want to make sure I am at least in the ballpark and doing it right. "Keep It Simple Stupid"... I should have stuck to this a little more during the build.
