ls1and lt1

i know this has been debated many times but what is so great about the ls1 i almost traded my 94 z for a 2000 z i drove it and i wasnt impressed i like my 94 better its got more tourqe to me but thats just my opinion

LS1 has alot more torque even though it doesnt feel like it, the torque curve is different...try a punch from 70 and tell me which one you like more

You are right, the torque does happen sooner in an LT1, but did you happen to notice that top-end hit on the LS1 where the LT1 is gasping for air?

There is no debate, nothing to debate, maybe just guys jealous they dont have a LS1 instead, for me I could care less...im not in competition w/ anyone..I could have bought a LS1...didnt feel like putting out the extra 5 K...fastest im gonna go is a 12 second car and either one can get there w/ not too much, thats how i look at it
