LS1 vs. LT1 Exhaust Compatibility
LS1 vs. LT1 Exhaust Compatibility
Anyone out there know if a cat-back exhaust system for an LS1 car will work on my 94 single cat car?
I'm thinking NOT but I need to know definitively. If not, why?
TIA,

It will work. The main difference is that the intermediate pipe is shorter on the dual cat/LS1 cars than the single cat. All you should need is an s-pipe to connect your cat to the intermediate pipe.
