On this guys sight goto performance scroll down through his stuff a ways, he talks about installing a Walbro in his 99 tank, click on his link and it has some nice pictures of the pump assembly there.

Looking at this guys pump change guide it appears the LS1 has three lines coming into the tank whereas the LT1 has 4. One of the LT1s I know is a vent, one pressure ,and the other return, what is the 4th one?
What does the LS1s represent?
He also says that there is two fuel lines connected to the LS1 factory pump. and he cuts one and discards it with the Walbro install on an LS1.

Found this its a guy swapping an LS1 into a 240 Z, he is even using the stock F-body plastic tank!!!
