LS1 headers on LT1?

LS1 headers on LT1?

Will it work? Looking at some flowtech longtubes and want to put them on my 95 z28

Have you even seen the difference between the cylinder heads? But answer is no, ls1 headers will not work on an lt1. Why is it you want ls1 headers anyways?

Nope wont work. LT1's have D-shaped ports and LS1's have round ports. Bolt hole locations are different also.

He most likely found some headers at a pretty cheap price and wants to know if it will work. I can understand though, because there are some parts that are interchangeable between cars, or can at least work with minimal modification. But in this case, there is absolutely no way to do it. I'm sure my previous post will make it pretty easy for him to tell that it won't work.

well i guess that is a resounding no. Before i bough my car there were used LT headers all over this site for LT1's but now i cant seem to find any for a decent price. Oh well thanks guys.

keep searching......they show up all the time. I saw some earlier today...also someone has kooks on sale...they are some of the best you can get. But expensive

I have some in the FS section no one bought...they are hookers too...keep watchin they are in there.
