I don't see any reason for them not working in an LT1. The LS1 fuel pressure is 58 psi and LT1 is 43 psi, so the LS1 injectors will actually be 86% of their rated flow in an LT1. If they are 28# they'll be 24# in an LT1 which is stock for LT1, so you don't need to touch tuning or pressure.
