Lowered my 95 TA and now cat hits HARD

Ok here's my problem i lowered my 95 TA and now the stupid cat jumps up and slams the floor pan on the passenger side its nuts. I looked under the car and it doesn t like its hanging all that low but when i go over something fairly ruff the cat seems like it dips down the slams up. Its terrible is there anything i can do or what? any information would be greatly appricated.

Take it to an exhaust shop and have them tighten everything up for you.
