low power after opti install

well after taking the car apart for the 2nd time bc the damn opti got splined wrong and then my crank bolt threads got jacked up i finally got the car back together with the help of a few buddies. however, on the first test drive (cold) the car studdered under a load (more than 1/2 throttle) then when it got warm the car runs smooth but has low low low power levels. the opti was installed right im 100% sure and the firing order is right. im getting everything i need fuel, spark ect. the plugs are brand new and looked good when i pulled one after the test drives. anyone have any ideas? thanks

What else did you do beside the Opti? How did the crank bolt threads get screwed up? You must have been doing something besides the Opti.
