did you sign a work order, i don't think they can charge you without a signed order to work on your car.
i always first check oil level and check to see if it has thinned out, somebody on this site always seem to have an answer to any problems, first things first ...the oil should have been checked and changed, then go after why it thinned out, imho


i know this is all besides the point now but maybe somebody else can use the info

I have run mobil 15-50 in the summer and have only seen slight increases in pressure after warmed.
Nice times! Have you had your car dynoed before?
