I checked the fluid levels on my T/A since I have an inspection coming up and I noticed that the little resivor next to the brake resivor was very low there was just a little covering the bottom. Is this a sign that the slave cylinder is going bad? I did fill it back up about half way.

well if the slave cylinder is leaking then it is bad. i would fill it all the way up and see if any "disappears" after you get some miles on it.
