Low end stumble, check engine light.....Bad O2s???

Low end stumble, check engine light.....Bad O2s???
Lately, the car has this low end stumble which is cured by stomping on it. The car pulls right to the rev limiter hard so its probably not the opti or plugs. The check engine light just started coming on and off here and im wondering if my 02s are shot
what do you guys think??
