Low dyno numbers. Any ideas??

I thought 333rwhp and 326rwtq was pretty low for cc306. It was a brand new spec 1, heads are stock with bull blend, fresh rebuild, and car quit making power at 62-6300. Any ideas why so low on power? I've seen stock heads and 306 make 350hp. Was a dynojet.

A/F 12.5-13.1. Springs are the cc I think 916. Tuner tweaked timing I don't what its at. He also said I had no kr issue. Injectors are no where near being maxed out. Its a brand new coil. I don't know, it runs excellent I just wanted more hp, maybe I should be happy and leave it alone.

Re: Low dyno numbers. Any ideas??

Those who have followed my posts know that I have little faith in dynos as I have laid down numbers all over the place on 3 different dynojets...If it feels good and the tune shows good A/F and timing, then hit the track when it opens and look at your mph...12.5-13:1 is fine...I'm at 13:1...

Verify what valve springs you have and re-check the valve train. Post
the dyno graph if you can.

Re: Low dyno numbers. Any ideas??

I'll try to scan the dyno graph tomorrow. Could the clutch have been slipping or something since it was brand new?

What catback are you running?? My 306 only put out 320rwhp until I open the cutout then its 346rwhp. Also the engine may put out more power once its broken in.

Re: Low dyno numbers. Any ideas??

I'm guessing by pacesetter mids, you mean their shorties. If you don't have longtubes, definatly get them, you will probably hit 350rwhp by just doing that.
