does $220 shipped for a loudmouth with around 1000 miles sound good?

also...do i really need the installation kit for a 96 97 or can somethin be fabricated to fit it?

 

Well a brand new one cost $325+install kit. If the system has only 1000 miles its not bad of a price. I see them a lot for $150 in the for sale section. As for the install kit yes a good muffler can fab it up.
