Loud ticking noise??

Well a couple weeks ago, I noticed a small ticking noise coming from under the car. Now it's gotten much worse. It seems to be coming from the trans? I'm not what you'd call an expert on tranny's, so I uploaded a video so hopefully someone could have an idea. The fluids all seem fine, but I did notice a good size exhaust leak coming from more towards the rear of the exhaust (it's leaking pretty heavily). Could a rear-exhaust leak make that noise more towards the front?? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

(with my luck "F U K" was in the youtube link so just paste w/o spaces plz lol)

It could also be an exhaust manifold leak...very common...you need to eliminate your larger leaks first, then trace down the smaller ones...

I have stock manifolds, so would a manifold leak be something i could visually see or would I have to unbolt everything? Thanks.

start your engine, and put your hands aroound your manifolds if its bad enough you will be able to feel puff of heat hitting your hand, and for the love of god watch your accsessory belt my friend wasn't paying attention and hit it cut his hand and all he did was skim the belt could have been worse.
