What is the loudest deepest exhaust you can possibly get for the LT1 ? with out a real raspy sound

Check into the SLP Loud Mouth system, or if you already have a cat back on your car keep the pipe and sell the muffler and get a Flowmaster Race Series one chamber. You can also look at the Borla XR1s.

 

SLP LM is loud but thats all it is ...deep..kinda..hollow sounding yess

GMMG is just right and very deep...loud but not annoyingly loud

Hooker is deep and loud too..but only coem sin aluminum

borla adjustable is ok..i liek it cuz u can adjust the loudness

u can get alot of the other exhaust loud by just addin soem LTs lol

 

I just installed a Hooker Aerochamber muffler in place of my Flowmaster(single in, single out), and IMO the Hooker sounds a million times better than the Flow. It has a tone that makes me want to stand on the throttle all the time, but at cruising speed it's not annoying. It kind of sounds like an offshore boat if you **** your head just right and dance on one leg with a clown on Sunday. No, seriously I love it. Cheap too. ~$60 through Jeg's or Summit.
