one issue im having with my car is that whenever i start the car sometimes... theres this loud clack (like its from the starter) its the lt4 starter. when i had the car dynod the guy told me that noise is comming from the starter being that the compression is set to 12.1 and that eventually itll break, any idea what it could be or is he right?

Have you looked at the starter? The housing might be cracked.
