Lots of Rain, and now car dosent start. Any Experience?
This last week in New York it has rained like i haven't seen in a long time. And my car has been sitting through it, (i am not a real big fan of driving my z28 with 4.11's in the rain, if you know what i mean).
So yesterday I go out to start the car, it will not start, it cranks and crank and sputters exhaust out the front, but dosent crank over. I have killed the battery and now i need a boost to try and even crank it. I do not understand what is causing this, and in New York there are many laws against parking a car on a side of the street on certain days, I need to move it because as of right now im gettin driven to work UGH that hurts!!! lol
Anybody with any insight or experience is greatfully appreciated, thank you.

I have seen the opti sparks get moisture in them after alot of rain, but they usually are ok once they dry out alittle. However this usually happens when you drive the car in a heavy rain.

either your opti got water in it or if you were down on gas to like under 1/8 of a tank you can get enough condensation mixing in with the gas along with any sediment that might be in the tank and could be in the lines. or somebody may have messed with your gas if you don't have a locking cap.
