lost power with LT HEADERS

i have a 94 hawk with cc503,1.6 pro mags,P&P heads (flow 260-270ish),ported intake, ram air, M6, and now pacesetter LTsand ORY. My prob. is i just put the headers on to get rid of the crappy manifolds. and it feel like i lost power with the headers over the manifolds.(WHY) ALSO let me add it is on the stock tune. any thoughts on why

Did you lose HP on the dyno or MPH at the track?

If you have not done either yet, it is probably a slight shift in the powerband. Get it tuned and take it to the track!

You have all of that done to the engine and you are still running the stock tune?!!! Yeah, it's very possible you could have lost power. Hell, anything could have happened. Go get it TUNED!!!

Where are you located?

What could also happen is that it WAS torquier feeling than it is now because there is more mid-top end.

Same thing happened to me with my supercharged grand prix. Running 13.8s with stock exhaust, put on headers and it felt slower, mostly down low. Came to find out I was 4 tenths faster.

Knock retard? Exhaust leak? I would scan the car and make sure things are good on both banks, and look and see if your getting retard from excess noise etc.

Do you have a LT4 KM? Long tube could cause a false knock. You also need a tune.

Contact Bryan at PCMforless and get a tune as you def need it with all that done!!! Stock tune will just not cut it with the increased air flow and LT's.

I've found that the seat of the pants meter tends to lie.
