Thanks for the reply. I haven't tried going around the MSD, but i will definitely give that a try this week and post the results. I especially made sure i put an extra ground on the MSD, oh well. hope this works!

We did remove the MSD box too (made no difference in our NA application), but have not tried to do any datalogging or scanning with Autotap eversince.
It would be interesting to see if you can confirm the MSD box interferes with the PCM communication.

Ill let you know if I have any luck. Probably wont get to it until the weekend, Plus I just toasted one of my v-band clamps on my y-pipe this afternoon... so I'll have to get one of those now before I log it...stupid speed bumps...

Ok, so here is an update...

With some help from my buddy, we wired around the msd box and put the wires back to stock.... And suddenly I have no more PCM communication problems! I am able to finally log my car.. And figure out why I am only getting 12mpg lol.
