I have searched and seems some of these throttle bodies had some problems in the past but not sure if they have had any recently. It would seem they are simple enough .
Makes that I am looking to get in 58mm are bbk,edelbrock which supposedly is bbk but from reading the edelbrock lit it don't sound like it and edelbrock think has new tps for same price bbk is usually sold for.
And maybe holley it looks nice and buddy did get one and so far says its working fine.

So lets hear the opinions..And mostly want recent tb data.Not I had a bbk three years ago and it was junk..etc.

 

I have a BBK that i got about 6 months ago. I'm pretty happy with it. The only problem is that you can't really bore out the IAC passage to get more air flow at idle, when you have a big cam.

 

Holley or AS&M for me when I grow out of my bored out stocker.

 

I have the LPE one, I like it... no complaints from me.. Haven't used any other ones besides the stocker..

 

The concensus that I have seen in the 9 years of owning 4th gens and hanging around this board is that the AS&M are by far the best quality units.
