Looking for muffler between an ultra flo and bullet (loudness)

Hey guys I have a dynomax single out ultra flow on my car now, but I would like something louder, but i don't want a bullit because i drive on the highway alot and don't want to have a head ache everytime. Does anyone have any ideas of what would be a good muffler for me? I don't need the whole catback just the 3" muffler.

Would a bullit muffler with the exhaust all the way out the back be loud for highway driving?

thanks
Tom

BTW i was thinking of borla because it was adjustable, but i don't have a lot of money.

I have an Ultraflow also. It's pretty docile driving around, but at WOT screams. It flows great so I wouldn't change it out with another muffler just to increase sound. I had a Bullet in the stock location with a single 3" ds outlet for a month. Not bad until you get on the highway. I swapped it out for the quieter Ultraflow. So that should tell you something.

Thanks for the reply. Will taking the cat off make a big difference in how loud it is? Does anyone else have any ideas?

thanks
Tom
