I need someone to post flownumbers for lt1 heads.Full port and polish job.Local headporter wants specs.This guy has been in business for 25 years and does alot of race heads,he wants to know what I want as far as flow numbers.


So what would be the best numbers for cam/boltons then the heads????I need numbers!!!!!!!

Curently have full exhaust and hotcam/1.6rr's/cai/headers

Now to your question. Some guys are getting 280-290 cfm from ported LT1 and LT4 heads with good valves. Then there are those who've gone over 300 cfm.
