Long tubes or what??

OK...well I got edelbrock headers on tuesday. I wanted to get long tubes, but I dont think I would pass emissions. Even though someone told me I could still run cats. Is it possible to pass emissions with the long tubes? If so how? Also...If I dont go lt, I was going to with the edelbrocks, magnaflow cat and borla cat back? Any suggestions??? Thanks in advance.

It is possible to pass emissions testing with long tube headers if you're running cats and all the emissions hookups, but it depends on how strict the shop is. Long tubes are not technically emissions legal since they don't have a CARB number so they should fail, but they do pass sometimes. Then of course if your car has OBDII, they just plug your car into the computer and check for codes.
