Lokar or Milidon?(Dipstick)

I did a search and read that some people have had problems with the Lokar oil dipstick when reinserting it.I also read that some people have had the stick break off in the stoker motors which I will be doing in the future. Some people have said to spend the extra and go with the Milidon.Does the Milidon have the same problems or did they adress this?I was also wondering if Lokar fixed their problems and came out with a specific part # for our cars?Which one should I order?
Thanks in advance,
JE

I think the Lokar looks good and is made with good quality, but it's a pain in the *** to get it in and out (on my setup).

i find it easiest too twist the stick as i insert it (lokar)
can be a PITA too mount since it uses a header bolt

I have the Lokar Dipstick on my 94 Z-28 and its really not a pain to use anymore. The first few times it was difficult but I got it within a minute. Now it slides right in after being on the car, and getting molded to fit with heat and use. Looks good too, i would buy it again.

Lokars is the ****. Hard to put in at first but you get used to it. Just twist while pushing.

I had issues with my dipstick tube getting chewed by my old combo...so I have one disptick I measure with in the trunk...and one that sits in place in the dipstick tube.

That is true. I'm use to mine now-a-days, and its not too hard to get in and out. But, at the beginning...

I'm certainly going to get the Lokar if I don't get any feed back on the Milidon stick.I wonder if the Milidon has any problems with reinserting the stick? Thanks for all the feed back on the Lokar stick.I definatly don't doubt any of you guys that say it's worth it.Just thought i'd check'em both out.
Thanks again,
JE
