Question Loctite On Spark Plugs?

I was reading through one of my past "Camaro Performers" magazines, and I noticed an article where they installed some plugs and wires on an LT1. When installing the spark plugs, they used some Nickel Anti-seize Loctite on the threads. They said this helps not to cross-thread the aluminum heads, and provides corrosion resistance. What's everyone's opinion on this?

Loctite is used to prevent fasteners from coming lose. Anti-sieze is used to allow parts to come lose easily when the need comes. Basiclay both are opposite. You'de wont to use anti-sieze on the spark plugs.

I use antisieze on damn near everthing I put together. But Sparksplugs espically. A little insurance, even if it is messy crap.

They used nickel anti-seize, but the MANUFACTURER is Loctite. I guess I'll be using this stuff.

If you read the first post correctly, he's talking about an anti-seize with nickel in it manufactured by a company called Loctite. The word Locktite is not just a product.

Hey, I thought it was some new product, Anti-seize Loctite. I could use some of this stuff, header bolts would not be a problem anymore.
