The Dynamic Compression ratio is not related to the overlap. DCR happens on intake valve closing, and overlap relates to the events when the exhaust valve is closing and the intake valve is opening up.
The WOT tables are what normally I look at since it's usually power related and not drivabilty related. That 33degs up top looks good to me.
